Obtaining Home Improvement Modification Approval

When each of us purchased our homes within The Aviary HOA, we agreed to abide by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCD&Rs).

The CCD&Rs are legal and enforceable Deed Restrictions, in place protect property values by keeping the Aviary HOA community a highly desirable place to live. Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval must be obtained prior to the start of your project.

How To Get Help

To avoid delay, using the web form below, make your request as complete as possible.  Incomplete requests will be returned for additional information and delay the process. Providing incorrect information or making project changes after approval, without ACC consent will invalidate any ACC approval.

The goal of the ACC is to assure that all changes to properties within the Aviary HOA conform to the appropriate Deed Restrictions.
