Dear Aviary Homeowner,
It is time again, to start working on our upcoming pool season. We are in the process of performing an audit on all of the pool access cards. All pool cards will be deactivated and will remain deactivated until this form is returned. In order for us to monitor the authorized use of your pool, we are in need of the information listed below. Please complete and submit this form a minimum of two weeks prior to the pool opening day, so that your card will not remain de-activated. Please check our calendar for pool opening.closing date information for the pool season.
