ACCESS:
Access to the pool area is only for HOA members in good standing of the HOA and their guests.
GUESTS:
Guests must always be accompanied by a homeowner. Large groups or parties should contact the management company for reservations. Please see display case for contact information.
ACCESS CARD ACTIVATION FORM
Dear Aviary Homeowner,
All homeowners are issued a pool access card when moving into the neighborhood. To ensure only Aviary HOA members have access cards, each pool season, all pool cards are deactivated. Prior to each pool season, an activation reminder will be sent to all members. All pool cards will be deactivated and will remain deactivated until the activation form is returned by the homeowner.
RULES:
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, CALL 911
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool/amenities area.
- No eating, drinking, or smoking while in the pool.
- No animals are allowed in the pool or enclosure area.
- People with skin abrasions, blisters, cuts, or communicable diseases shall NOT enter the pool.
- Proper swimwear is required.
- Babies/toddlers MUST always wear swim diapers.
- Adults should not swim alone.
- Swimmers must shower before entering the pool/spa.
- An adult age 18 or above MUST always accompany children under 16 years of age.
- Children in the baby pool must always be supervised by an adult.
- No diving, running or rough housing.
- Entry to the pool area shall be through the gate only.
- Do not prop or leave the gates open at any time.
- No structured lessons are allowed in the pool area.
- No profanity, abusive language, loud music, or excessive noise.
- No rafts or other large flotation devices are allowed.
- No bicycles, roller skates/blades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles are allowed.
- Alcohol should not be consumed prior to or while using these facilities.
- The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to anyone resulting from use of the pool/amenities areas.
- The Aviary HOA assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property in the pool area.
RESERVATIONS:
Large groups must contact the management company for reservations. Reservations do not designate the pool as exclusive. The pool is always open to the Homeowners. The purpose is to make sure that multiple parties are not held at the pool on the same day at the same time.

HOURS:
Sunday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
EVERYTHING ELSE:
VIOLATION OF POOL RULES MAY RESULT IN DISCONTINUED POOL PRIVILEGES.
PARENTS SHOULD REQUIRE CHILDREN TO TAKE FREQUENT BATHROOM BREAKS.
