The Aviary HOA Community Pool

ACCESS:
Access to the pool area is only for HOA members in good standing of the HOA and their guests.

GUESTS:
Guests must be accompanied at all times by an HOA member who is 18 years or older. HOA members may bring a total of four (4) guests per household, except when advanced reservations are made for larger numbers of guests (see Reservations below).

ACCESS CARD ACTIVATION FORM

Dear Aviary Homeowner,

All homeowners are issued a pool access card when moving into the neighborhood. To ensure only Aviary HOA members have access cards, each pool season, all pool cards are deactivated. Prior to each pool season, an activation reminder will be sent to all members. All pool cards will be deactivated and will remain deactivated until the activation form is returned by the homeowner.

RULES:
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, CALL 911

  1. No eating, drinking, or smoking while in the pool.
  2. No animals are allowed in the pool or enclosure area.
  3. Persons with skin abrasions, blisters, cuts, or communicable diseases shall NOT enter the pool.
  4. Proper swimwear is required.
  5. Babies/toddlers MUST wear swim diapers.
  6. Adults should not swim alone.
  7. Swimmers must shower before entering the pool/spa.
  8. An adult of age 18 or above MUST accompany children under 16 years of age at all times.
  9. Children in the baby pool must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  10. No diving or running.
  11. Entry to the pool area shall be through the gate only.
  12. Do not prop or leave the gates open.
  13. No structured lessons are allowed in the pool area.
  14. NO profanity, loud music, or excessive noise.
  15. No rafts or other large flotation devices are allowed.
  16. No bicycles, roller skates/blades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles are allowed.
  17. Alcohol should not be consumed prior to using these facilities.
  18. The Aviary HOA assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the pool area.
  19. VIOLATIONS OF POOL RULES MAY RESULT IN DISCONTINUED POOL PRIVILEGES.
  20. PARENTS SHOULD REQUIRE CHILDREN TO TAKE FREQUENT BATHROOM BREAKS.

RESERVATIONS:
Large groups must contact the management company for reservations. Reservations do not designate the pool as exclusive. The pool is always open to the Homeowners. The purpose is to make sure that multiple parties are not held at the pool on the same day at the same time.
